Upon receipt of full payment, Photographer (Christian Columbres) shall grant to the Client (Opsis Architecture) the image usage rights to the photos specified in this document for their own publicity and promotion, i.e., materials produced by and for the benefit of each participant. This includes printed booklets, public relations and marketing materials, website, competition boards, lectures, awards submissions and other promotional materials. Photo credit, where possible, is appreciated.".These rights are not transferable and cannot be granted to any third party. Advertising use should be negotiated directly with the photographer. The photographer retains the copyright to all the photographs.
